NZ part two

Tues: Spent a while in queenstown and had weird easter games involving passing a lifesaver with a toothpick in your mouth and passign an orange under your chin :P...anyways...yeah.....pretty much saw the sights and bummed around in the city for a while....not much to do today....Peeta got high on caffeine...taht was pretty hillarious :P....

Wed: Last day,in queenstwon...did lots of stuff, went around...nothign actualyl particularly interesting...but his is brief anyway....so if you relaly want to know anythign interesting then you come to ask me....bummed around some mroe in queenstown and had a jolly good time...hehe...jolly

Thurs: Timr to get onto the bus and leave....antoher 8 hours!....*groan*....gotback to christchurch and had dinner in christchurch....stayed at the YMCA...had some fun....ate so much...was soooo full.....early mornign tomorrow....

Fri: Full day of travelling......3 wake up, plane, bus, home......pretty uneventful becuase half of us were even awake at the time...but still....you can't blame us.....we were tired....got back and pretty much got sick...but i was pretty happy with the trip

Twas a great trip....i dotn'r eally make it seem like much but it was really really really awesome....twas really good.......thanks to all who came and teahcers too!...(not that the come to see this)......those whho didnt' come, you missed on a lote!.....later!

New Zealand

Well, just got back from New Zealand after a tiring tour and i'm just goignto do either short posts for each day or one long post.

Thurs: School, after school got onto the bus and travelled to sydney. met up with the cggs people and then pretty much went to bed....had an early morning the next day...

Fri: Oh man!....4:30 wake up...so tired...not as tired as some people....didn't relaly have any breakfast....i seemed to be not eating.....anyways....yeah....flight was really early...soemthign like 7:30....i wasn't realyl awake so yeah......got to NZ!!!!....was pretty cold but still good....we were all pretty tired by then...we went to the Aurora centre for a soundcheck which lasted a bit...then went to the college for our accomodationa nd i must say that it was SOOOOO much better then the Tassie rooms....we had room to walk!....yeah...that was that night...after dinner which was relaly nice and the chef was awesome!....yeah...bed after that...

Sat: Another early morning...nto so ealry...jsut about 5:30...got up...had breakfast and then another start for the Antarctic Centre...i think.....that was good...especially the huggland ride and the ice storm....our driver was an old guy and he was driving on a 45 degree and angle and as calm as could be!...crazy....what was even more crazy was the fact that Richard took off his jumper and stood with a t-shirt on in about -10 degrees weather!....crazy violinists.....left there and got back to change for the beginning fo the Aurora festival....bit of an opening ceremoney and then we got started.....few workshops but precicely a lot of listening to the other orchestras and bands....twas good.....long day and we were all realyl tried by then when we got back so we just had dinner and then just went to bed again for there was another early morning.....

Sun: Final day in which the orchestra actually had to play anything....we had done all our competitions and the result was the got: Gold for Orchestra, Gold for Band and silver for choir!...WELL DONE ALL!!!!....tired after all the work.....bit of drama that evening.....Richard and Toby cut their arms by Richard accidentally breaking a window and glass......but yeah....we all got a pretty good nights sleep....

Mon: Leavign for Queenstown!!....8 hour bus trip!...yay!:P....as if....we were all moaning and grumbling at the 7:30 wake up becuae it was still early...anyways.....yeah....it was just a bus trip....i'll include soem photos that i happen to get and you guys can all see them....it'll be good....nothign really interesting...jsut an 8 hour bus trip and sleeping afterwards in nice comfy beds.....
